Protocol Education are currently working with client schools in Maidstone who are recruiting for a Teaching assistant in Key Stage 1 with an immediate start date. The applicant should have experience of working with children either in a school or nursery setting. Candidates who have worked with as a youth worker on with a care background could also apply. To be considered for this role you must live and hold the Right to Work in the UK.

We are currently looking for teaching assistants and general classroom support staff. In this role you will follow class plans, take direction from the class teacher, help to prepare resources, and support a range of children. The successful candidate will be ambitious about working with and supporting children and feel passionate about seeing children make progress.
The candidate will:
• Have an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or be willing to process a new application
• Hold the Right to Work in the UK
• Be able to provide two references within the last 2 years
