Job description
Teaching Assistant

Qualified (Level 2 or 3 ) Teaching Assistant's required immediately and for academic year 2018/2019 for my primary school in Chingford, Waltham Forest. The working hours are 8.30-15.30.

I am looking for highly motivated individuals who are energetic and passionate about working with children. Candidates must hold an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in childcare or equivalent.

Duties include:

-Maintain safeguarding, secure and a caring environment
-Assisting the Classteacher in providing high quality childcare
-Meeting the needs of each individual child
-SEN experience would be an advantage but not necessary
-Building strong relationships with parents

Ideal Candidate will:

-Hold a Level 2 or 3 or higher qualification in childcare (NVQ or equivalent)
-Be passionate about improving outcome for all children
-Have a mature and professional attitude to work
-Have a clear knowledge of development and emotional needs for children
