Job description
I am working with a double form entry school who are currently in need of a Teaching Assistant to join their team. This will be a minimum of six months cover as it is for a maternity leave. The school are graded as good and have a long standing team. This provides great stability for the children and in turn creates a very productive learning environment.
The role will involve providing 1:1 support as well as working with small focus groups with a view to raising attainment. You will also take on the role of general class TA across the age range.
The successful candidate will have CACHE level 3 as a minimum and due to the nature of the role you will need to confident in your ability and be able to work with minimal support and to own initiative. What you will receive in return for your hard work and commitment.
