Job description
Here at Protocol Education we strive to ensure all support staff are happy in their work place and feel it is paramount both candidates and schools are well suited. Islington is a vibrant and multi-cultural borough with over 40 Primary Schools in it, Protocol Education works very closely with a large number of these schools providing them with quality supply staff. Having visited most of the schools myself I can vouch they have a very enjoyable approach to learning, staff, parents and carers work together to ensure everyone achieves and receives the best education possible.

Due to the high demand for Supply staff in Islington so Protocol are always recruiting for enthusiastic and hard-working teachers to work on a daily basis covering a variety of supply needs across Early Years, Key Stage 1 & Key Stage 2. If you are looking for flexibility in your work-life and want to gain experience working in a number of Islington Primary schools, then supply work is for you!

The successful candidate must;

• Demonstrate successful experience within a Primary School Setting
• Excellent knowledge of the Primary curriculum and be able to organise group and individual activities
• Consistently high expectations of all pupils - observe pupils progress and feedback to the class teacher
• Outstanding team work - take direction from the class teacher and SLT
• Positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Excellent behaviour management
• A high regard for inclusion and equality
• The ability to make a positive contribution to the school as a whole
