Job description
A vibrant Primary School located in Islington is looking to appoint an outgoing and inspirational Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant from as soon as possible to work in either EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2. The role will involve assisting the class teacher with the daily running of the class, behaviour management of students and ensuring every student is developing within the classroom. The school has recently been praised for its exciting take on ways of learning and it's SLT for the support they offer their staff.

The successful candidate must;

• Demonstrate successful experience within a Primary School Setting
• Excellent knowledge of the Primary curriculum and be able to organise group and individual activities
• Consistently high expectations of all pupils - observe pupils progress and feedback to the class teacher
• Outstanding team work - take direction from the class teacher and SLT
• Positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Excellent behaviour management
• A high regard for inclusion and equality
• The ability to make a positive contribution to the school as a whole
