Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant
Location: Enfield
Contract: Full-time
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: Competitive daily rate, paid weekly via PAYE

Looking for a role where you’re more than “just” a TA?

We’re working with a welcoming school in Enfield that’s on the lookout for a full-time SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is the kind of place where support staff are genuinely valued, not quietly forgotten at the back of the classroom.

You’ll be supporting pupils with additional needs, helping them feel safe, understood, and ready to learn. Some days will be beautifully calm. Others might test your patience. But every day, you’ll know you’ve made a difference.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups

  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO

  • Helping children with SEND access learning in a way that works for them

  • Bringing calm energy and consistency to the classroom

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Have experience supporting children with SEND, in school or similar settings

  • Are patient, proactive, and emotionally intelligent

  • Can build trust quickly and handle challenges with confidence

  • Want a full-time role where you can grow and develop

This school is looking for someone steady, kind, and ready to roll up their sleeves. If that sounds like you, let’s talk.
