Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen in Hillingdon for a motivated and passionate person to take on the role of Behaviour Support Partner.

As a Behaviour Support Partner, you will work with pupils across the age and ability spectrum to improve behaviour. You will work alongside key school staff and with existing behaviour plans to improve levels of pupil behaviour, focus and motivation in classes.

Sometimes working one-to-one, you will build up a supportive working relationships with pupils and act as a mentor and role model, ultimately improving overall attainment, self confidence and engagement in learning.

The School are looking for the following key skills/qualities;

- Experienced teaching assistant OR newly graduated looking to path a career in Education

- A sound understanding of behaviour management

- Patient and calm temperament

- The ability to take direction from the Class Teacher and provide detailed feedback

The ideal candidate would be able to start a new position in September.

As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
