Protocol Education are currently looking to recruit teaching assistant for a further education college based in Cambridge from September 2022 on a full time long term basis with the opportunity for a permanent role for the right candidate.

A successful candidate will:
- Hold a GCSE A-C in Maths and English
- Have an NVQ Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
- Experience with working with children or young people in a school or other group setting
- Be committed and passionate about working with children
•Working one to one or in groups with children to ensure that their educational needs are being met.
•Planning a program for this individual student so that they are developing at an efficient rate.
•Helping with the development of social skills and confidence alongside education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
