A Primary school in Redcar want to employ a Teaching Assistant/Support Worker, to work alongside children that have behavioural and emotional difficulties. The ideal candidates will be passionate about working with children and determined to ensure each child's learning experience is as comfortable and positive as possible. This will be a full-time position with working hours of 8:30am till 3:30pm Monday to Friday, but as it is a rather large setting the school would also consider employing an extra person on a part time basis.

We desire (Not Essential):

Have recent classroom experience in the UK.
Previous experience with SEN or SEMH difficulties
Have strong behaviour management skills
Have excellent communication skills as well as strong literacy and numeracy skills
Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS on the Update Service or willing to apply for one.
