The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging classroom activities.
• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils where required.
• Help students develop their academic, social and emotional skills.
• Support pupils with additional learning needs.
• Assist with classroom preparation and learning resources.
• Encourage positive behaviour and maintain a safe learning environment.
• Help pupils stay focused and engaged with their learning.
• Monitor and provide feedback on students' progress.
• Work closely with teachers, support staff and parents/carers.

• Has experience working with children or young people.

Relevant qualifications or experience in education, childcare or supporting pupils with additional needs would be advantageous.
