Position: Teaching Assistant (TA)
Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term/Permanent
Start Date: September 2026 (or sooner)
Pay: £88–£95 per day, depending on experience

Protocol Education are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to join welcoming and supportive schools across Kingston upon Thames.

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable TAs who are passionate about supporting children and helping them achieve their full potential.

The role may include:

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Assisting the class teacher with learning activities
• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs
• Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
• Helping create a safe, inclusive and supportive classroom environment

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience working with children or young people
• A caring, patient and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for education
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
