Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils.
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities.
• Supporting pupils with SEND, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and communication needs.
• Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence, and independence.
• Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
• Working collaboratively with teachers and school staff to support pupil progress.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have at least 6 months' experience working with children or young people in a school, childcare, or support setting.
• Have experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, SEN Teaching Assistant, Youth Worker, Mental Health Support Worker, or in a similar role.
• Are passionate about education and supporting children's development.
• Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or are willing to apply for one.
