Teaching Assistant – Surrey

Location: Surrey
Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term/Permanent

Protocol Education is seeking a motivated and caring Teaching Assistant to join supportive and welcoming schools across Surrey.

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
  • Work with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
  • Help create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and participation.
  • Support children with a range of learning needs, including SEN where required.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for supporting children's education and development.
  • Flexible, reliable, and committed to high standards.
