We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants with at least two years' experience working in education to join our fantastic team and support schools across the local area.

Whether you're supporting a whole class, working with small groups or providing one-to-one support, you'll play a vital role in helping pupils thrive.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Working with individuals and small groups to boost learning and confidence.
• Helping to create a positive, safe and supportive classroom environment.
• Encouraging pupils to stay engaged and reach their full potential.
• Supporting children's social, emotional and academic development.
• Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.

What we're looking for

• A minimum of two years' experience working within an educational setting.
• Experience supporting children in a primary or secondary school.
• A positive, proactive and flexible approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
