Teaching Assistant – Bristol | Full-Time & Flexible Opportunities

Protocol Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming Primary, Secondary, and SEN schools in Bristol.

Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant or have experience working with children or young people in another setting, we'd love to hear from you.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and helping pupils reach their full potential.
• Supporting children with additional learning and emotional needs where required.
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have at least 6 months' experience working with children or young people in a school, childcare, or support setting.
• Are passionate about education and helping children succeed.
• Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Are patient, reliable, and adaptable.
• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or are willing to apply for one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
