The role

You'll be:

• Supporting students in the classroom to help them engage with learning

• Working closely with teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences

• Providing one-to-one and small group support where needed

• Helping to build students' confidence, independence and academic progress

• Supporting positive behaviour and creating a welcoming learning environment

• Becoming a valued member of a supportive school community

What we're looking for

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential

• A positive, proactive and caring approach

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Patience, resilience and a willingness to learn

• A genuine passion for helping young people succeed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
