A friendly and inclusive school in Cleckheaton is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils in their learning, help build confidence, and play a key role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils in class to access learning and achieve their potential
• Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons and activities
• Providing one-to-one and small group support where required
• Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting pupil wellbeing
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where appropriate

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience working with children in a school, childcare, or similar setting
• Is patient, positive, and passionate about supporting young people
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Can build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• Is adaptable and confident supporting a range of learning needs
• Holds a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience (desirable but not essential)
