We’re looking for Behaviour & Inclusion Support legends to join a specialist setting in Bradford — a place where young people who’ve been excluded, unwell, or let down by mainstream get another shot.

The Role:
• Support students in KS3 & KS4 who are finding their feet in a new environment
• Work 1:1 or in tight-knit groups — whatever helps them settle
• Help kids who communicate differently or need structure to feel seen and heard
• Stay cool when things get heated, and show them there’s always someone in their corner

You’ll thrive here if you:
• Don’t flinch when chaos kicks off — you’ve got calm on lock
• Get that behaviour’s never random, and there’s always a reason
• Want to make school feel like a fresh start, not another let-down

To get started, you’ll need:
• A DBS on the update service (or be up for getting one with us)
• Two recent references
• A big heart, solid boundaries, and a head for safeguarding

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
