The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students across KS3 and KS4 in a range of subjects
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to reinforce learning
• Support pupils with SEND, including ASD, ADHD, and dyslexia
• Help students stay focused, engaged, and confident in lessons
• Work alongside teachers to adapt tasks and resources
• Contribute to a calm, structured, and positive classroom environment

You’ll play a key role in supporting both academic progress and student wellbeing.
