Teaching Assistant

Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in a range of welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary schools across Lewisham.

The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and helping pupils to reach their full potential. Roles are available across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, and may include:

• Supporting whole-class learning
• Working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis
• Assisting pupils with additional needs
• Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children (school-based experience is desirable but not essential)
• A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for education and child development
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 TA) are an advantage
