We’re looking for a compassionate, steady SEN TA to support a pupil 1:1 in a BS3 primary school. The focus here is building trust, creating routine, and helping that child feel safe and understood.

What your day might look like:

  • Supporting a pupil through lessons and transitions
  • Helping manage emotions and behaviour calmly
  • Working closely with the SENCO and class teacher
  • Celebrating small wins that make a big difference

You’ll need:

  • Patience, empathy, and resilience
  • Some experience with SEND, or a genuine desire to learn
  • A calm, consistent approach

You’ll be the person that pupil relies on. The one who helps them access learning and feel part of the classroom.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
