The Role – SEN Teaching Assistant (LS11):
As a Teaching Assistant in this LS11 school, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group SEN support
• Work closely with pupils with SEMH, Autism (ASC), and additional needs
• Support behaviour regulation and engagement in learning
• Assist in delivering targeted interventions in line with EHCPs
• Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and pastoral staff

• Experience working with children or young people (school, care, youth work, etc.)
• A passion for SEN and inclusive education
• Calm, patient, and resilient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Understanding of SEMH or additional needs (desirable)
