What you’ll be doing

• Supporting pupils in the classroom, both in small groups and 1:1

• Helping the teacher keep lessons running smoothly

• Encouraging positive behaviour and confidence in learning

• Supporting children who may need extra guidance to stay on track

• Creating a safe, welcoming learning space where pupils feel supported

• Experience working with children or young people (school, care, youth work, coaching, or similar)

• A calm, patient approach and great communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
