Protocol Education are currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant for our client secondary school based in Tonbridge.


The successful candidate will implement structured learning activities and teaching programmes and support pupils in accessing learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher.

You wil also provie pupils in relation to their progress and achievement in order for pupils to realise their full potential and manage classroom activities safely.


Main Responsibilities-

  • To contribute to facilitate student access to the education system.
  • Accessing and supporting achievement and monitoring progress towards EHCP/LP objectives.
  • To provide practical and developmental assistance to the line manager.
  • Catering to the educational and personal welfare of students.
  • To secure a safe working environment for staff and students.

This position would suit both experienced TAs looking to move to a fantastic and forward thinking secondary school or a graduate looking to gain first hand experience with a view to commencing teacher training in the future

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
