We are currently looking for a teaching assistant to join our team in the Stockton area. To help support our students within KS1-KS4.  The ideal candidate will be able to work well within the team as well as supporting students 1:1 and in small groups. We believe that continuity is crucial to the students we support so we are wanting someone who has availability to cover at least 3 days a week Monday-Friday 08.30-16.00. This role is temporary at first but may become permanent for the right person.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a minimum of level 2 teaching assistant qualification
  • Be Adaptable
  • Willing to learn
  • Have experience of working within education or has relevant transferable skills
  • Experience of Phonics- not essential but desirable
  • Experience of Read Write Ink – not essential but desirable
  • Be passionate about their role and wanting to make a difference

We will need to run a DBS check for this role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
