Teaching Assistants (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent preferred) with excellent behaviour management required for long term positions available in mainstream primary schools based in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham. Positions are full time, term time only and can run from half a term up to the whole academic year.

The post will require support of children, aged 4-11 years (predominately on a one to one basis) within the class. You will need to be flexible, have enthusiasm, motivation, good communication skills and the ability to work with small groups on specific programmes if required. Experience in working with children with special needs would be an advantage as would previous training in Behavior Management including Team Teach.
