Protocol has several positions that could be a perfect fit for you. We have several opportunities for a highly confident and dedicated individual seeking full-time roles in the Harrow area.
The perfect individual must be committed, flexible, and resourceful. The perfect individual should have attained the skills to provide support to different children with different needs such as Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia. The perfect candidate will need to be able to work with large groups and on a 1:1 basis. The successful candidate will liaise with the SENCO and parents to ensure the child makes positive progress.
The Ideal candidate
- Has experience working with children with SEN autism and ADHD
- Has a passion for providing support that contributes towards children’s development, happiness, and enjoyment?
- Has strong behaviour management techniques
- Has good knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum, health and safety, security, equal opportunities, and confidentiality.
- Is committed to this role is essential to provide the child with continuity

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
