Job description
LOOKING FOR A LONG TERM POSOTION FOR January?

DO YOU HAVE SEN EXPERIENCE?

My client is an SEN school for children aged between 4 and 19 who have been diagnosed with autism.

Their pupils access the national curriculum at broadly age-appropriate levels, while still receiving the specialist support they need. They have recently moved into a brand new, state of the art building designed specifically to support the needs of their pupils. They are also co-located with a secondary school in Feltham. This gives pupils the best of both worlds: specialist facilities in their school building and access to mainstream education, which they might not otherwise benefit from.

They are currently looking for individuals who are exceptional Teaching and Learning Assistants, who are enthusiastic about training and development and who are committed to achieving high standards for all pupils working closely with colleagues in a multi-disciplinary team (including teachers, behavioural specialists and speech and language therapists).

In return for your experience, they can offer:

• A rewarding challenge, with the opportunity to be part of an exciting new school

• Support with professional development to progress your career

• A comprehensive induction programme to support you in your role

• A happy, exciting, engaged and supportive environment with learning at its core.

If you are a suitable candidate please get in touch! Alternatively if you know anyone suitable please get in touch with their details and you could receive £50 worth of vouchers!

Please note: We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance 'Keeping Children Safe in Education'. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
