Protocol Education on working on behalf of a primary school in Bristol to recruit an enthusiastic and passionate teacher who specialises in behaviour management. The students can be classed as challenging however with excellent behaviour management strategies they can achieve good results.

The role is on a full time basis until the end of the school year, undertaking full responsibilities within the classroom and school environment. The school are very welcoming and help support each staff member with planning and other aspects within the job.

The successful candidate will be able to draw on their own experiences when dealing with challenging behaviour, be confident and thorough with sanctions, quickly familiarise themselves with the school behaviour system and be fully focussed on ensuring the best possible outcomes for the students. This will involve working in close partnership with current staff, parents, carers and local authorities.

In order to apply for this role you must have the following:

•Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
•Reference information for the last five years
•UK eligibility to work, an enhanced DBS dated or willingness to apply
