Job description
AMAZING OPPORTUNITY IN AN UP AND COMING SEN SCHOOL!

My client is an Alternative provision based in Hayes that offer amazing resources. The school have fantastic facilities such as a soft play/climbing room. They also have behaviour reflection rooms, bright engaging displays throughout the school and good incentives for students such as school shop where the students can earn points through behaviour.

At the school, the staff are very passionate about the children and have a clear understanding of disaffected children. They preferably want primary trained teachers that have good behaviour management style but not punitive mainstream style. The school did very well in their SATS and they want to continue that academic trend so outstanding teachers with a clear academic focus are a must. They would be very interested in candidates trained in Reading recovery, Ruth Miskin , Read Write Inc , strong literacy based, teachers etc .

The school supports many intervention programs and because of their Pupil Premium they get well funded and have some exciting literacy based programmes going on. They were previously on Special Measures', they have managed to move their last inspection in to GOOD' and hope to reach Outstanding' on their next inspection. To get that they need committed and strong primary teachers.

If you or anyone you know are a suitable candidate, please get in touch! (You can receive £250 for a teacher recommendation)
