My exceptional client based in the North London Borough of Enfield are looking to bring on an exceptional Sociology and Economics teacher.
They are a supportive and committed community that aspire for their pupils to have the academic knowledge necessary to enable them to progress to university, for pupils to have a love of learning and curiosity about the world.
Sociology and economics are both popular subjects at A-Level, and you would be joining the team at an exciting time in our development as they build the foundations of their new Sixth Form.
The successful candidate will work closely with other teachers and leaders in KS5 as well as across the network to develop a truly all-through curriculum.
The successful candidate will:
• Be a qualified teacher with QTS (however suitable for NQT)
• Have experience of teaching the subject a previous role
• Have an updated CV
• Be proven to raise and maintain attainment levels, keeping standards high
• Be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who leads by example
• Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent behaviour management strategies
