If so, an academy in Brent is looking for a History Teacher to begin teaching immediately. The ideal History Teacher will have a proven track record of raising attainment, as well as an intellectual understanding of the curriculum.

The desired candidate will be expected to teach from KS2-KS4, candidates with the ability to teach politics will also be considered.

The teacher will be welcome by an outstanding faculty that will offer endless support whilst you settle into your new role.

Essential requirements:

• In depth knowledge of the curriculum is ideal
• Extremely high regard for safeguarding
• Refined behaviour management skills
• Experience managing a class of students, setting work and raising attainment
• Ability to assess different methods of learning
• A yearn to develop and improve student learning
