Teacher of Fine Art urgently required for Bromley based Secondary School!

Start: September 2022!

  • We are recruting for a Fine Art Teacher, for a secondary school, located in Bromley. The ideal candidate must be committed to the continuing development of the pupils in this amazing secondary school in Bromley Borough.
  • The Creative Arts Department has state of the art equipment, laser cutter, 3D printers along with a dedicated screen printing room with a carousel, photography dark room and a ceramics room with a kiln.
  • Students receive 50 minutes of Art throughout Years 7, 8 and 9. We offer Textiles, 3D Design, and Food on rotation for 12-week projects in Years 7 & 8. In Yr. 9.
  • Pupils are also offered taster GCSE projects for Fine Art, Photography, Graphic communication, Fashion & Textiles, and 3D Design.
All subjects are popular GCSE options. 2022 is our first year launching A Level. Photography and Art, Craft and Design are provided. The subjects are popular throughout all year groups and students enjoy their lessons and evidenced through regular student surveys.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
