About the role:
As a English Teacher or Leader of English, we aim to:
• Link you with suitable roles working across Key Stages 3 to 5
• Work within your parameters
• Be transparent with you in expectations about availability and details of any assignment
• Support you with providing opportunities to CPD (such as Safeguarding courses)
• Maintain contact and making sure that you are supported fully to reach your potential as a new graduate or established teacher(if applicable)

About you:
As a successful candidate, you should be able to:
• Demonstrate a proven track record of good teaching - showing passion towards effective attainment and intervention with students, especially in GCSE and A-Levels
• Articulate and demonstrate how they are an effective leader within the school environment, working closely with others to raise standards and make a significant difference to student's academic lives
• Show a steady career or study history with ability to supply a minimum of 2 recent references covering the last 3 years. Strong references are necessary for this role.
• Show, or be willing to commit to leading others less experienced, mentoring and line managing teachers to reach school led objectives
• Contribute to the wider school community, working closely with partners and outside organisations to provide effective intervention within the school environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
