Job description
A Sheffield based specialist School is currently looking for a Conductor with QTS to join their focused and enthusiastic community. The Centre is a School for 0- 19 years with Cerebral Palsy. The School use a holistic approach of conductive education to ensure individuals reach the greatest level of independence.

In order to be considered for this post you will be confident in delivering conductive education programs to meet the needs of the pupils and their pace of learning. You will need to plan lessons and activities for pupils with motor disorders, maintain evidence to show the progress and contribute to EHCP’s and consultation reviews.

As part of the team you will be expected to attend meetings, training programs and work flexibly to support your colleagues. Part of the role will be to establish good working relationships with external agencies, Teaching Assistants and parents of the children. You must also be aware of the requirements of the Children’s and Families Act 2014 in relation to the SEN reforms and the Code of Practice.
