PRU- (Pupil referral unit) Teacher jobs
We are recruiting for qualified teachers to work in a PRU setting to support pupils with emotional behaviour difficulties and/or social, emotional mental health. Previous PRU experience is not necessary however, having an adaptable and creative approach to teaching is important.
This school is well organised and has a high calibre of staff so candidates must be comfortable with thinking on their feet as a part of the average day.
The successful teachers will have excellent knowledge of primary or secondary key stage curriculum and will have strong behaviour management. Previous experience working as a teacher within an SEND setting is desirable.

Our ideal candidate will:
- Hold QTS or an equivalent overseas teaching qualification
- Have existing experience as a Teacher across the secondary age range
- Be confident in their use of the curriculum and their ability to plan lessons.
- Have experience working in a SEND setting
