Job description
Protocol Education are recruiting for staff to carry out 1:1 tuition at a lovely primary school in Redcar & Cleveland.

Do you have good subject knowledge in Maths and English? Would you like to work with children to help raise attainment? We want to hear from qualified teachers who are interested in carrying out tuition and booster sessions.

The role;
You will be working to increase pupils' attainment in line with school expectations. You may be working one to one or with small groups with children of all primary ages, levels and abilities. You may work with pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds or who have special needs and so will need to use different strategies to manage potentially challenging behaviour and help maximise progress. You will work closely with class teachers, to support the existing teaching, tracking and reviewing progress throughout.

Suitable applicants:
Will have Qualified Teacher Status
Will have strong subject knowledge in Maths or English
Have experience working with primary aged pupils
Be committed to raising attainment and increasing progress for all pupils
Be able to offer fun, engaging sessions
