Job description
SEND is a great area in the education sector to jump into. It is a highly rewarding career which leaves you feeling fulfilled and allows you to work with children who have a different way of learning and developing.

If you are a TA or have a passion for education and want to get into the SEND sector, this role would be for you. A school in North Somerset are looking for TA's to work with their children on a daily basis. It is an all-age school who have CLD (complex learning difficulties) and other needs such as ASD (autistic spectrum disorder). It is a great school with fantastic facilities who put the needs and the welfare of their children first.

As well as this fantastic school, there are other great SEND schools in the surrounding areas that are in need of additional classroom support. Schools can support children with different needs such as PMLD, ASD, MLD.

Essential Criteria:
•Previous experience working with children
•Experience or training in SEND
•Flexibility and the ability to adapt to new situations
•A friendly and approachable attitude
•Ability to appropriately handle challenging situations

Desirable Criteria:
•Qualifications in SEND
•Previous experience working in SEND setting
•Car driver
