Job description
Seeking a TA to start ASAP!

Protocol Education are looking to recruit an experienced learning support assistant/teaching assistant to join a SEND school in Clacton.

You will be joining a great team that predominantly work with ASD, SEMH and challenging behaviour students and therefore a desire and passion for special needs is important to have.

Experience working within SEND or working as a TA is essential, due to the nature of the students.

A friendly and positive approach to teaching and learning, as well as the ability to quickly build up strong relationships and rapport with individual children is important.
