Job description
A lovely SEN school located in Haringey are looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join their team. Inspected by OFSTED recently and received 'Good' to 'Outstanding' in all areas. The school is in a great located in Haringey close to public transport. The staff are caring and they create an excellent learning and teaching environment for all. The position would be in a class of 6 students, you would be working closely with the class teacher and other Learning Support Teachers.

The position will be till the end of this academic year with the opportunity to start in September as long term position for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate

• Experience working with Autistic students is necessary,
• Must have Team Teach
• Empathic and understand the safeguarding of children.
• Great behaviour management skills
• Able to use the appropriate skills when working with ASD students
• Flexible, able to use initiative and a must have a patient nature.
• Able to work well with teachers and other support staff
• Excellent spoken English.

Position to start as soon as possible.
