TA - Behaviour Support - Secondary School
I am currently working with a Secondary School based in Swindon who are urgently seeking a behavioural specialist TA to support their secondary age pupils on a 1:1 basis to start immediately.
About the role:
The needs of the pupils they cater for range from:
• SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental health)
• Behavioural Difficulties
• Severe Learning Difficulties.
This is a full time, long term position until the foreseeable future on a long-term contract and there could be an option of a permanent offer. You will be working in the inclusion unit with a line manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate who wants to move into a career in teaching. You will benefit from in-depth support and training from the school, and develop your knowledge of the national curriculum
We welcome applicants with a good understanding of working with ASC/SEMH students and are enthusiastic about raising attainment of their pupils.
