Job description
Are you a recent graduate with a passion for education and/or thinking about career in teaching?

Are you passionate about working with children and contributing to their academic, social and personal development?

If you answered Yes to all of the above, keep reading, as Protocol Education is currently on a hunt for Teaching Assistants.

We are looking for people who are enthusiastic, adaptable and work well in a team; people who will have strong Numeracy and Literacy skills and professional working manner. A good sense of humour and interesting hobbies (i.e. cooking, arts) which could be shared with children in the classroom would be bonus.

We offer day-to-day and long term roles which involve supporting pupils across all key stages, on a 1-2-1 basis or/and small groups. You will be asked to assist children with their work - in particular their Literacy and Numeracy skills, and record their progress and any incident throughout the day. The roles may also require mentoring pupils with lower learning abilities, and social or behaviour difficulties.

Previous experience working with children or diabled adults in a classroom or non-classroom setting is not necessary but will be an advantage.
