Job description
NIGHT SHIFT WORKER - CHILDREN

Interview Date 4th February


Can you work under pressure and do you enjoy a challenge?
Are you passionate about working with children and young people, committed and able to think on your feet! If so, apply today!
Experience isn't essential but a bonus!, however you must be passionate about working with children and possess the ability to build a good rapport with the children.
you will be:
• Committed to working with children & young people
• Resilient!
• Enthusiastic & highly motivated
• Able to make decisions and support others
• An energetic team player, role model and able to handle difficult situations with humour and tact
• Be prepared to work shifts early, late and night shifts including sleep ins; on a Rota Basis
• Currently hold or working towards Level 3 in Residential Childcare/Children and Young People OR NVQ Health and Social Care
• Creative & be able to use your own initiative;
• Poses excellent written, IT & communication skills
• Committed to personal development / reflective practice
• A full UK Driving Licence (bonus but not essential)
• Waking night positions available (please mention when applying if interested in this position)
