Job description
Protocol Education are working closely with Primary Secondary and SEN schools in and areound the Hinckley area to provide consistent and regular Learning Support Assistants and Teaching Assistants to local schools. We are looking for flexible or casual staff that are open to working a minimum of 3 days per week across a variety of settings.

If you are looking to start a career in education this could be a great opportunity to try a variety of schools first hand before making a decision on taking a permanent role, it is also a great chance to polish your skills by learning from others if you are also an established/ experienced teaching assistant.

We welcome applications from candidates that are experienced across either sector or those looking to take the step into schools from either of the sectors below;
Sports Coaches
Sports professionals
Residential Children's Workers
Youth Workers
Care Assistants
Support Workers
Nursery Nurses

Or candidates that have experience working in children's clubs or sports centres where they regularly interact and engage with young people.

At Protocol Education we value our staff and offer excellent pay rates. We regularly offer CPD and additional training to support you in your career as well as a dedicated team across Primary, Secondary and SEND that is geared to support you in your development and next steps.

We also offer recommend a friend/ recommend a teacher vouchers to the sum of £50 for support/ unqualified staff and £250 for qualified teachers, this is subject to terms and conditions.
