Job description
Are you passionate about every individual child in School getting the opportunity to reach their full potential no matter what learning barriers may be in the way?

Effective interventions raise pupil attainment by overcoming barriers of learning. We believe the best interventions are delivered by committed and well-prepared professionals working in partnership with the class teacher...this is where you come in!

We are looking to recruit Secondary TA/LSAs who have a specialism in Education, so whether you are multi-lingual, specialise in behaviour strategies, have extensive SEN knowledge or are experienced in extra tuition... we need you!

We are seeking practitioners that are able to deliver effective intervention support, focusing on the most common barriers to learning and the specific areas pupils require extra support:

*Behaviour Support Partners

*SEHM Support Specialists (Social, Emotional and behavioural difficulties)

*EAL Specialists (English as an Additional Language)

*Literacy and Numeracy Specialists

*Tuition Support

*Dyslexia Support Specialists

*ADHD & ASD Support Specialists

Successful candidates will be required to support pupils both within the classroom and specialist units on a 121 and small group basis.
