Cover Supervisor
Wallsend, North Tyneside
£110 – £130 per day | Full-Time | Immediate Start

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Manage classroom behaviour using clear school systems
• Ensure students remain on task and complete set work
• Provide feedback to teaching staff
• Build positive, professional relationships with pupils

You won’t be planning lessons from scratch, but you will be leading learning every single day.

• University graduates, particularly Psychology, English, Humanities, Law, Sociology or Criminology
• Aspiring teachers looking to gain classroom experience before teacher training
• Experienced Cover Supervisors

Experience in a school is desirable but not essential. What matters most is confidence, resilience and the ability to build rapport while maintaining boundaries.
