Job description
My client, an Outstanding secondary school in the Leicestershire area, are seeking day to day supply teacher for the 2016/17 academic year. Due to a high number of teachers within the school, regular supply work is readily available across a range of subjects, so this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is either seeking regular part time work at an Outstanding school, or an NQT/RQT who would like to further improve their experience before taking on a permanent or long term role.

The school caters to a range of students aged 11-19, many of whom go on to study at Cambridge and Oxford, and as such you must have excellent subject knowledge within your specialism, alongside posessing the ability to adapt to different situations on a daily basis. If this sounds like the right role for you, don't hesitate to apply today for an immediate interview. As part of our service, we will be able to offer Guaranteed Working Schemes for the right calibre of candidates ensuring that you have the flexibility of supply without the concerns that tend to accompany working day to day. NQT's are more than welcome to apply!

To be successful for this role you must have:

•QTS and eligibility to work within the UK.

•Extensive subject knowledge.

•Strong interpersonal skills.

•A sense of humour is desirable (if not required).

•The passion and drive to help the school and its students achieve their true potential

•A willingness to be flexible is also desirable

Protocol Education are one of the UK's leading teaching agencies. Our commitment to our candidates is second to none, and we work tirelessly on behalf of our clients and candidates. As a member of team, you will enjoy the following benefits:

•A dedicated consultant that understands your requirements

•Industry leading rates of pay

•Regular (and free) CPD courses

•Expert career advice aimed at ensuring you can move freely within your career

For more information, or to discuss the above role, contact Leigh on 0116 285 1615 or send your CV to Leigh.edwards@protocol-education.com

Please note: We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance 'Keeping Children Safe in Education'. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
