Supply Teachers Wanted – Louth/Market Rasen Area (with travel)

Are you a qualified teacher looking for flexible supply work in the Louth/Market Rasen area? We are currently seeking supply teachers who are willing to travel to different schools and make an impact across the region. If you’re an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking variety and flexibility, we want to hear from you!

 

Role Details:

  • Position: Supply Teacher
  • Location: Louth and Market Rasen areas (with travel required to local schools)
  • Salary: £140-£170 per day (dependent on experience)
  • Requirements: PGCE, QTS, and previous classroom experience (ECTs welcome)
  • Duration: Ongoing, daily supply opportunities

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
  • Provide a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain focus on educational objectives.
  • Adapt to different schools, following lesson plans and school policies.
  • Support students' individual learning needs and foster their academic and social development.

 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • PGCE and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) required.
  • Previous classroom experience is essential, although ECTs are welcome to apply.
  • Strong classroom management skills and a passion for education.
  • Flexible and willing to travel to different schools in the Louth/Market Rasen area.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
