Want to teach without the Sunday night dread?

If you love being in the classroom but want the freedom to choose when you work, supply teaching could be exactly what you’re looking for. And not just anywhere, we’re talking lovely, well-run schools across Richmond and Kingston where staff are welcoming, behaviour is strong, and you can actually enjoy your day.

Whether it’s one day a week or a full timetable without the extras, we’ll help you build a working pattern that fits around your life, not the other way round.

What your days could look like:

  • Walking into friendly, organised schools where you’re set up to succeed
  • Teaching across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on your preference
  • Delivering pre-planned lessons, no late-night prep required
  • Building rapport quickly and doing what you do best, teaching
  • Heading home at the end of the day with no marking hanging over you

Why supply in Richmond & Kingston?

  • Schools that value supply staff and treat you like part of the team
  • Great transport links and easy-to-reach locations
  • A mix of vibrant, community-led and high-achieving schools
  • Consistent bookings available, if you want them

What we’re looking for:

  • UK QTS (or equivalent)
  • Confidence in the classroom and strong behaviour management
  • A flexible, positive approach, every day is a little different
  • Someone who can hit the ground running and bring great energy

What you’ll get with us:

  • Choose your days, full control over your schedule
  • Regular work in schools you’ll actually enjoy going back to
  • Weekly PAYE pay, no umbrella companies
  • Friendly, local consultant support, real people who get it
  • FREE access to CPD, including Thrive training to boost your toolkit
