We find ourselves in strange times with Covid-19 but when the schools reopen they will be in desperate need of Teachers and Support Staff.
The roles that we recruiting for are:
Daily Teaching Staff
Do you want to control where and when you work? Then daily supply is for you. Daily supply teaching gives you the flexibility to travel and work on your own terms. Daily supply teaching jobs allow you to work in a variety of different schools, year groups and locations without taking on full class responsibility. It’s also great showcase for your talents and check out local schools should you want something more permanent.
Long Term Primary Teaching
We help you find roles where you take on a full classroom role over an extended period. Most of our long-term assignments last for whole terms, generally with class teaching responsibility, however we also find work for subject specialists within primary such as music or PE. Additionally schools come to us looking for people to take on flexible roles within the school providing support to colleagues and pupils across the school.
While working in a long-term role you will be expected to become an active member of the school and be involved with meetings and extra-curricular activities. In this respect, long-term supply is a fulfilling and rewarding job with regular weekly income
Daily Supply and Short-Term Support Work
Primary schools contact Protocol Education to help them find emergency or short term cover for Teaching & Learning Assistants all of the time. The schools need to minimise disruption to their pupil's learning so need people who can jump in and make a difference at short notice.
For you, daily supply work is a great option if you want flexibility or need to combine work with other responsibilities and interests. Typically we look for people who are available for at least 3 days a week, but you can manage your own availability and take the work that suits your lifestyle.
Long-Term Support JobsAs the importance of teaching & learning assistants increase to schools so does the focus on finding the right people to fill these roles. Primary schools work closely with Protocol Education to find people who are a great fit with their school to take on longer term and even permanent roles.
